1. Nature of Service
PicBook (owned by Amigoo It Solutions Pvt. Ltd.) is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We provide digital tools for creating and sharing online photo albums. We do not sell or ship physical products.
2. Delivery of Digital Goods
Upon successful payment processing, your access to the purchased services is delivered immediately:
- Subscriptions: Your account is instantly upgraded to the subscribed tier.
- Album Publishing: Your album is instantly marked as 'Paid' and becomes shareable.
3. Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email containing your receipt and order details immediately after a successful transaction. If you do not see this email, please check your spam folder.
4. Resolving Delivery Issues
If you have completed a payment but have not received access to the service within 15 minutes, please contact our support team at support@picbook.in with your Transaction ID.
