Thank you for choosing PicBook, a product of Amigoo It Solutions Pvt. Ltd.. We strive to provide the best digital tools for photographers. Please read our policy carefully.
1. Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Account Dashboard. The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current paid term. You will continue to have access to the Service until that time.
2. Refund Policy for Subscriptions
As PicBook offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods, we generally do not provide refunds after the subscription is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the website.
Exceptions may be made in the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If you are unable to access the Service due to a technical failure on our end that we cannot resolve within 7 days.
- Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same billing period.
3. Refund Policy for One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases (e.g., single album publishing fees), refunds are only available if the service has not yet been delivered or activated. Once an album is published and live, no refunds can be issued.

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us at support@picbook.in within 7 days of the transaction with your Order ID and a description of the issue.
